Delivery Information
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, all orders placed on our website are fulfilled and delivered by our Partner Brands.
Kindly note for UK orders, there is currently a CWU Royal Mail strike taking place over the following dates which may affect shipment dates;
- Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022

Shipping is available to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Shipping charges can be found at checkout and are reflective of each Partner Brand’s shipping fee or otherwise set at our discretion.
Orders over £150 shipped to the United Kingdom qualify for free tracked shipping on all items.
Orders over $250 shipped to the United States qualify for free tracked shipping on all items.
If your order contains items from more than one Brand Partner, these will be shipped separately by each Brand Partner. You will receive tracking information and notifications as required for each individual shipment.
Delivery Times
United Kingdom: Tracked Shipping in estimated 2-5 business days
United States: Tracked Shipping in estimated 3-11 business days
Our Partner Brands are legally responsible for delivering their products in accordance with the order you have placed through our website. The estimated delivery timelines above are given as guidance and may not be reflective of the actual time taken for you to receive all items from your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to process a return or have an exchange enquiry, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery; shop@thegentlemansjournal.com stating your order number and request. Each Brand Partner upholds individual policies in regards to returns and exchanges and we do not facilitate cross over policies.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns for selected partners.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on your shipping location, you may need to pay import duties upon receipt of products from a Partner Brand. For further information on applicable duties and taxes we recommend contacting the relevant Partner Brand.
You are responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes that are not included within our original delivery fees which are paid at checkout. The amount of these charges is separate from the delivery fees and are out of our control, we can not predict and have no control over this amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information on import duties and taxes if you need to find out more information.
